Dr. Nancy T. Snyder

Dr Nancy T. Snyder has 20 years of experience in organisational and leadership development. She is currently the Corporate Vice President for Leadership and Core Competencies for Whirlpool Corporation, reporting to the Chairman and CEO. She is responsible for creating and implementing corporate strategies that facilitate globalisation and leveraged learning, shared culture, leadership and strategic competencies. She also heads the David R. Whitman Centre for Leadership and Lifelong Learning, Whirlpool’s Corporate University. She is a faculty member of the Business School of the University of Notre Dame in innovation and organisational change.
